The snippet titled “G-Dragon beating Seungri” had showed Seungri sitting just behind G-Dragon as they acted out a cheering scene. But amidst the excitement, Seungri accidentally hit G-Dragon and this resulted in the latter shooting him an annoyed look and elbowing him back twice.

It was revealed that on the recent recording of Family Outing 2, 2PM’s Taecyeon had given SNSD’s Yoona a perfume gift to celebrate her Coming of Age day.
The two have been heavily rumored to be dating ever since being paired together as a couple for a MBC Gayo Daejun performance. Even though they have denied that they were dating, they just can’t avoid being put together, with the recent Caribbean Bay music video being just one example.

Super Junior Kim HeeChul will be MC for Dream Concert for the 3rd consecutive year.
A SM Entertainment representative told Newsen on 21st May, “Kim HeeChul will be the MC for Dream Concert tomorrow (22nd May).”
And it is revealed that Kim HeeChul will be MC’ing the concert alongside 2PM TaecYeon and actress Shin SaeKyung. This will be Shin SaeKyung’s first MC attempt while TaecKyung is currently the MC for SBS Inkigayo.

Group SS501 who has received much love through mini album 'Rebirth' released
last September with songs like "Love Like This", "Wasteland", "Only One Day"
will be having their comeback in the music world soon with brand new album "DESTINATION".
After successfully wrapping up their asia tour in the first half of the year,
SS501 who took 3 months to prepare for their new album
have been busily preparing for their comeback stages to perform with their new songs.
This album which has been ongoing as a 'world project' has had released some of its
album jacket pictorials which had been the talk of everyone since the beginning it
was released. With numerous Golden Discs holder from US, Steven Lee, who was also
involved in the previous [Rebirth] album production participating in this time round's
album, we could expect a universal album from Korea-Europe-US with the many
world-acclaimed musicians' involvement.
All the songs in this album will be accompanied by piano background arrangement,
and will minimize all possibilities of even more prevalence of the same electronic
genre in the music scene as of present. The beautiful melody of musical instruments
along with only SS501's pleasantly emotional voice will be seen in their upcoming new album
as they return to the scene this end-month.
Especially in the mixing of songs, it was done by US Pop star Ne-yo and Rihanna's
mix engineer producer Kevin KD Davis who's been accoladed with several Grammy awards,
as well as another producer Ken Lewis who's had achieved more than 50 golden discs,
thus increasing by another notch of this world-acknowledged audio album.
Title song has been chosen as 'Love Ya', for which its producer is none another than
Steven Lee, this song will be accompanied by harmonious orchestra band
along with piano background arrangement, you could feel the powerful vocals

Asia Tour and collated high popularity has also received invitations from fans
to be included into this album this time since it failed to in its last album (Rebirth).
The final track of their album is a song titled "Until Forever", all productions for this song
was done fully in England, in specific to be in Germany's Frankfurt,
this is a strong and influential European powered pop track finished on a huge production
scale, where its lyrics were written by SS501 member Heo YoungSaeng himself personally,
hence attracting attention.
Ss501's new album will be released on 27th May,
and is scheduled to have their first comeback stage through 4th June's KBS2-TV Music Bank~

The couple scene between SNSD Yuri and 2PM’s Nichkhun for their Caribbean Bay CF has became a hot issue.
On the 20th, a new preview of their CF/MV was released of Nichkhun and Yuri together in a “hot” atmosphere that can even be said to cause a “puberty problem.”
There were several scenes that caused the public’s interest, especially those where Nichkhun put on body oil for Yuri, the party scene where Yuri showed off her strong body wave and although it was a short teaser, it has created more anticipation.

So Nyeo Shi Dae HyoYeon garners attentioin with her confession that there is a male idol she is having a crush on.
She was on SBS Strong Heart on 18th May when she said, “There is a male idol I really really like. He would appear in my dreams. And I would think about him before I sleep everyday.”
Not feeling sad or lonely about her crush, HyoYeon said, “The day we have the same schedule at the same broadcast centre, I will put more efforts in preparing. Even though the other members will do rehearsals with their bare faces, I would have make up on thinking that the someone will be looking at us.” And it is known that the other SNSD members are aware of HyoYeon’s crush too. HyoYeon added, “Even though the members will try to push me to him when he passes by, it made me seemed weird.”
Yuri then said, “When we passes by at the broadcast centre, I tried pushing HyoYeon to him before, and HyoYeon would get annoyed saying, ‘Aim properly! I’m being pushed to the kid next to him instead.”
As for who HyoYeon’s crush is, there were some hints given – he does not have double eyelids, has a great sense of humour and dance well. And this came down to the options of Big Bang DaeSung, 2PM WooYoung and 2AM Jo Kwon.
HyoYeon said, “DaeSung sshi is someone whom I want to be friends with.” And on Jo Kwon, “When you go home and search on the internet, you’ll know. But though there will be no answers when you search online…”

Korean idol group SS501 is gearing up for a comeback with their upcoming new album “DESTINATION” due out May 31, according to their agency DSP Entertainment on Tuesday.
DSP explained in a press release that some of the most talented musicians in Korea, Europe and the U.S., including prominent Korean-American music producer Steven Lee, collaborated to create the new album.
Lee, who had written and arranged all the tracks in the group’s previous album also composed the title track, named “REBIRTH,”"Love Ya,” in the new album.
All the songs in “DESTINATION” have been arranged to piano accompaniments while incorporating a minimum of electronic sounds that are prevalent in current K-pop music.
Some of the songs included in the record are R&B tune “Let Me Be The One” and a dance number called “Crazy 4 U,” which was performed by the band during their “PERSONA Asia Tour” but left out on the previous album. Fans are said to have requested that SS501 include this particular track on the new album.
SS501, who debuted in 2005 with single “Warning,” made a successful comeback to the music scene last October, topping various music charts with their second mini-album “Rebirth”.
They kicked off their “1st Asia Tour Persona” in Seoul last August and went on to perform in Tokyo, Taipei, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The five member group are scheduled to give a comeback performance on KBS’ “Music Bank” on June 4.

With their upcoming new album, rock band idol group CNBLUE recently revealed their transformed charismatic self in the June edition of Singles.
In the photo shoot, the members are shown with heavy smoky makeup and a chic expression to show off a bad boy image.
CNBLUE’s maknae member Lee Jung Shin said in an interview regarding their new album, “Like the first album, this album has a punky rock feel, but there are also fresh songs that match with the summer season. It is overall very bright and clear.”
Leader Jung Yonghwa added, “It [album] consists of songs that are easy and rhythmical so they are good to sing along to. Moreover, because we have personally composed and wrote some of these songs, this album is more precious to us,” showing a particular affection for their new album.
About how they became sudden stars soon after releasing the first album I’m A Loner back in January, Jung Yonghwa responded, “I still don’t think the album went well. Although the first start was very good, our goal is for the band culture in Korea to be stable and loved through us.”
When Yonghwa was asked what he does for leisure during his spare time, he replied unexpectedly, “I received a lot of influence lately from wife Seohyun so I’ve been reading a lot of books.” Jung Yonghwa and SNSD’s Seohyun are a make-believe couple on the MBC reality show We Got Married.

It’s been entirely too long since we’ve seen the young men of Big Bang together in a music video, but YG Entertainment has finally delivered the official MV for the quintet’s Japanese track Tell Me Goodbye! As we earlier reported, this track was was made for IRIS’s Japanese OST.
A few years back, Big Bang debuted with a hip hop concept, and has since experimented with more eccentric and colorful styles in recent years. This time around, we get to see all five members mature for a dark, vintage look (including TOP with gray hair!) which perfectly fits the grim atmosphere.

SM Entertainment (SM) — considered one of the top three talent agencies in Korea alongside YG and JYP Entertainment — saw its most successful first quarter this year, recording the biggest profit the company has ever seen.
According to a press release issued by SM on Thursday, the agency recorded operating profits of 10.4 billion won from January to March this year, up an astounding 471 percent from the same period last year when the total operating profit for the entire year had been 9.3 billion won.
SM’s total sales during Q1 was also reported at 22.7 billion won, indicating a growth of about 58 percent for the company.
The increase can be attributable to the success of many of its artists including idol groups Super Junior, SHINee, f(x) and Girls’ Generation. With SM-trained pop groups gaining more popularity throughout Asia, the agency is raking in more profits from the their album sales, overseas activities and royalty fees.
SM said that it is expecting the second quarter to be equally successful business-wise since its singers are scheduled to release new records and hold concerts in Asia. In addition, the company is preparing to put out various digital content products such as a digital album for smart phones.
Founded in 1995 by former singer Lee Soo-man, SM quickly became one of the most influential talent agencies in Korea. Lee, who stepped down from SM’s board of directors in February, has created and masterminded the successful careers of numerous K-pop artists including BoA, Fly To The Sky, H.O.T. and TVXQ.
SM also manages many songwriters, music producers, comedians and actors including Ara, Choi Jung-yoon and Lee Yeon-hee.

Goo Hara (KARA) and Lee Hyori recently filmed an episode of KBS 2TV Happy Together and it was revealed by Goo Hara that Lee Hyori held an interest for the latest dating gossip. Goo Hara stated that, “Awhile back, Lee Hyori called me and asked me who were dating amongst the idol group members.”
Lee Hyori continued that statement saying, “When I was in Fin.K.L, I had two cellphones and even though I do make personal calls, nowadays I only stay in the waiting room and don’t go out much so I don’t know who is dating who.”
The studio exploded into laughter when Yoo Jaeseok commented, “So all this time, you asked Goo Hara about it and pretended that you knew?”
